Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Do not hold breath.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually 2" above the navel.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, roughly 8" below the natural waistline.
Stand straight against a wall without shoes. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
Measure across the back from one shoulder point to the other, following the natural line of your shoulders.
For tops: measure from the highest shoulder point to where you want the garment to end. For trousers: inseam length.
